This luxury home previously listed with the same Broker for $2,350,000 for eighty-eight days before relisting for a lower price. Note this luxury Glendale home was bought by the seller in February of this year for $1,580,000 after just thirteen days on the market.  The buyer purchased as an investment and made renovations  before putting it back on the market as a flip.
