Let’s dive into the Glendale Real Estate Update for July 2025. Thirty-seven homes closed escrow last month. Twenty-one homes sold over the asking price, four at the asking price, and twelve below it. A four-bedroom, four-bathroom home at 2982 Edgeick Rd sold for $547.95 per square foot, while a two-bedroom, two-bathroom home at 311 Randolph St sold for $1,372.74 per square foot.
The least expensive home sold in Glendale was a two-bedroom, one-bathroom, 1,061-square-foot home located at 1829 Los Encino Ave. It was listed for $904,000 and sold in thirty-seven days for $895,000.  One of the most expensive sales was a four-bedroom, four-bathroom, 3,595-square-foot home at 1510 Princes Drive. The sellers listed it for $3,295,000 and sold it for $3,245,000 in just twenty-eight days.
