A six-bedroom, seven-bathroom home at 3000 Cornwall Drive sold for $490.82 per square foot, while a two-bedroom, one-bathroom home at 1311 Dartmouth Drive sold for $1,026.89 per square foot.

The least expensive home sold in Glendale was a two-bedroom, one-bathroom, 1,064-square-foot home located at 1410 E. California.  It was listed for $825,000 and sold in nine days for $755,000.  The most expensive sale was a three-bedroom, four-bathroom, 3,617-square-foot home at 830 Harrington Road. The sellers listed it for $3,499,000 and sold it for $3,440,000 in six days.
