A three-bedroom, two-bathroom home at 588 South St. sold for $427.56 per square foot, while a two-bedroom, two-bathroom home at 1422 Imperial Dr. sold for $1,302.08 per square foot. This was also the most expensive home sold in Glendale last month, selling for $4,000,000 off-market.

The least expensive home sold in Glendale was a one-bedroom, one-bathroom, 672-square-foot home located at 1203 Kenilworth Ave.  It was listed for $639,999 and sold in four days for $685,000.
