The sellers listed this luxury home for $9,000,000 and sold it for $7,750,000 in just two days.
The low absorption rate is the result of many homes being taken off the market for the holidays and not too many sellers listing at the beginning of the year. Additionally, the heavy rains would prevent real estate photography and open house activity.
