This luxury property set a new record as the most expensive home sold in the area in the past month. Initially listed for $4,495,000, it sold for $5,000,000 in just over a month.

The least expensive home sold in La Canada was a three-bedroom, one-bathroom home located at 4522 Ocean View Blvd. It was initially listed for $1,250,000 and sold for $1,199,000 in sixty-eight days. Interesting to note that the buyers paid all cash.

La Canada homes continue to sell quickly, with most properties selling for significantly more than the asking price. This trend highlights the strong seller’s market in La Canada real estate.
