Let’s take a closer look at the La Canada Real Estate for November 2025. Fourteen homes closed escrow last month—eight homes sold above the asking price, and six sold below. The sales price-to-list percentage is the lowest of the year.

A four-bedroom, three-bathroom home at 943 Bay Tree Road sold for $693.19 per square foot. Meanwhile, a four-bedroom, three-bathroom home at 3914 Alta Vista Drive sold for $1,1796.31 per square foot.

The least expensive home sold in La Canada was a three-bedroom, two-bathroom, 1,363-square-foot home located at 4467 Ardara Place.  Initially listed for $1,395,000 and sold in twenty days for $1,020,000. The most expensive home sold last month was a six-bedroom, eight-bathroom, 8,016-square-foot home located at 4257 Chula Senda Lane. This estate was initially listed for $8,495,000 and sold for $8,513,170 in eighteen days.

A 1,363-square-foot home on Adara Place took 202 days to sell, highlighting the slower pace of the current market—only one property sold in fifteen days or less. Meanwhile, a home on Hillard defied the trend—listed at $2,095,000, it sold for an impressive $2,475,000.
