I regularly review La Crescenta’s real estate data and trends. This helps me stay well-versed in our local market. In October 2025, sixteen homes sold in La Crescenta. Ten sold above asking, two sold at asking, and four sold below.
A four-bedroom, four-bathroom home at 3950 Hamilton Lane sold for $494.64 per square foot. Meanwhile, a one-bedroom, one-bath home at 3043 Piemont Ave sold for $1,510.07 per square foot. Ironically, this was the least expensive home last month, initially listing at $899,000 and selling after 45 days for $900,000.
Last month, two homes broke the record for the most expensive sales in La Crescenta. The first home, a three-bedroom, two-bath 1,973 sq. ft. property at 3023 El Caminito, hit the market at $1,495,000 and sold twenty-one days later for $1,625,000. The second home, a four-bedroom, two-bath 2,226 sq. ft. property at 5240 Ramsdell Ave, came on the market at $1,595,000 and sold forty-four days later for $1,625,000.
