Let’s take a look at the Pasadena real estate market for February 2026. Last month, buyers closed on thirty-four homes in Pasadena. For example, a five-bedroom, six-bathroom home at 1562 Glen Oaks Blvd sold for $378.79 per square foot. In contrast, a four-bedroom, five-bathroom home at 1260 La Loma Road sold for $1,359.33 per square foot.

The sellers listed the La Loma Road estate for $6,500,000, making it the most expensive home sold last month. After sixty-eight days on the market, a buyer purchased the luxury property for $6,170,000.

The least expensive home sold in Pasadena was a one-bedroom, two-bathroom, 624-square-foot house at 100 1827 E Woodbury Road.  It was initially listed for $699,000 and sold for $710,000 in fifty-four days. One home sold off market (prior to listing in the multiple listing service).
