How long have you been licensed, and how many years have you devoted to full-time Real Estate sales?

Where and how do you advertise?

Most buyers begin their real estate search online. Therefore the agent you hire should have a strong online presence and following.

How many homes did you sell last year? What were the average days on the market? And what is the selling price to list price ratio?
