Several weeks ago, our MLS (multiple listing service) was updated. The conversion was not a well-laid plan. Over the course of several days, we were unable to input new listings or make changes (such as price reductions). I am a planner; life goes better when things are well thought out. If I were in charge of the conversion, I would have had it during Thanksgiving week, when many of us travel to be with friends and family, but alas I can’t control the world.
There was a spurt of new listings for a short while. Now, things have slowed down, as they typically do this time of year. But for those on the fence about selling their home, the holidays can be a great time as there is less competition. Call me so we can lay out your perfect plan.
