Ten days to Christmas! I hope you are enjoying the joy of the holidays and not the stress. December is birthday month at the Harbs. My husband George’s birthday is this weekend and both my daughters after Christmas. If you are not tied up with shopping and are looking for something fun to this weekend, here’s the list:

What: The Lanterman Historical Museum Foundation will host a Holiday Open House
When: Sunday, December 17, 2017 from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.

What: Holiday Lights Ride
When: December 17, Meeting at 5:30 and leaving at 6 pm
Where: Meet at Nibley Park, Glendale

What: Enchanted: Forest of Lights
When: Thru January 7
Where: Descanso Gardens, La Canada

What: The Rink
When: Through January 7, 2018
Where: Downtown Burbank

What: Bob’s Big Boy, Classic Car Show
When: Fridays 6 PM – 10 PM, car hop service Saturday and Sundays 5 PM – 10 PM

What: Play explores the role of toys; dolls, board games, video games, outdoor activities, Visitors are invited to get hands-on with games of the past and present—no assembly required.
When: Sundays, through January 7th 2018
Where: The Autry Museum at Griffith Park

What: Royals of Pasadena, the Rose Queen and the Royal Court
When: Through February 11th Wednesdays – Sundays, noon – 5 PM
Where: Pasadena Museum of History

What: Learn how to pan for gold, just like the 49’ers did during the California gold rush!
