After being on the market for eighty-one days the realtor canceled the listing and relisted it at $2,199,000. This home sold a month later for $2,425,000 (over the original asking price back in February). What changed? Right buyer? The market?

There are more licensed Realtors than available homes for sale. according to the National Association of Realtors (NAR). The number of Realtors jumped to 1.448 million. An increase of 5% from last year. However, at the end of February there were only 1.03 million available homes for sale.
Seems like whenever the market gets hot tons of people decide they want to be real estate agents. They have zero clue on how to be a good and effective agent or what it really takes to be good at the job. I imagine these newbies don’t last long
