Now that the pandemic is winding down, broker’s caravan days are returning. Last Thursday, Kris and I had the opportunity to preview the Girardi Estate. Located at 100 Los Altos Drive in Pasadena’s San Rafael Hills neighborhood, this Myron Hunt estate is now listed at $8,200,000. (Subject to bankruptcy court approval). This four-bedroom, nine-bathroom home was listed in May 2021 for $13,000,000.
From what I understand, Tom Girardi was a member of Annandale Country Club, Jonathan Club, and Lakeside Golf Club before his financial demise.
Fans of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills have the unique chance to glimpse Erika Jayne’s former home. This property exudes luxury and grandeur. The grounds are meticulously designed, offering both beauty and functionality, while the salon and primary suite are nothing short of fit for a queen. Every inch of the estate is carefully crafted, with impressive architecture, intricate hardware, and an unwavering attention to detail, making it a true visual delight.
