When analyzing the Glendale Housing Market December 2022, note that the average price per square foot greatly varied. On the low end was a 4,392-square-foot home in Glendale’s Adams Hill neighborhood selling for just $373.41 per square foot. On the high end was a 1,372-square-foot home in the Glenoaks Canyon neighborhood. It sold for $1,166.18 per sq. foot.

    I wonder if the lower numbers are a normal expected slowing in December for real estate or a harbinger of a lower priced market to come in 2023
