As an experienced Glendale real estate agent, it’s critical that I stay on top of market trends. Let’s dive into the Glendale Real Estate Update for March 2024. Twenty-one homes closed escrow last month. Eleven of these homes sold over the asking price, two for the asking price, and eight below asking. A three-bedroom, three-bathroom home at 1117 Oberlin Dr sold for $603.52 per foot. A three-bedroom, two-bathroom home at 3612 Sierra Vista Ave sold for $1,079.40 per foot.

When examining the Glendale real estate market for March 2024, it’s interesting to dive into days on the market. Nine of the twenty-one sales sold in less than ten days. The number of days varied from an off-market sale, which was the least expensive home sold in Glendale. It was a two-bedroom, two-bathroom, 840-square-foot home at 1007 San Rafael Ave. The seller priced the listing at $795,000 but sold it off-market for $750,000. The most expensive home sold was a four-bedroom, six-bathroom, 4,634-square-foot home located at 1468 Hillside Dr. Initially listed at $2,795,000, it sold for $3,000,000 in just two days. A home at 921 W, Mountain St took 163 days to sell for $1,125,000 less than the asking price.
