Initially listed for $739,000, it sold in just seven days for $727,000.
The priciest sale was a four-bedroom, four-bathroom home offering 2,115 square feet at 2409 Olive Ave. The sellers listed it at $1,595,000, and it closed in sixty-three days for $1,555,000.
